SHIPPING & DELIVERIES

  • $100.00 minimum is required on all wholesale shipments (not to include S/H).
  • Shipping cost are calculated after the order is pulled and packed in our warehouse, not when you place the order online. If using a credit card for your purchase, your card is not charged until after the order is shipped. If you require the cost for shipping before we ship, please note in the comment section on your order and we will contact you prior to shipping.  
  • If an order is placed by 2:00PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) we will try to ship the order that same day, although we do not guarantee this. The order will be shipped within 1-5 business days.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply when ordering handbags of 12 or more.
  • Shipping Damages must be claimed within 30 days from delivery date of merchandise.
  • If a box is returned for reasons such as No Money, Held 7 Days, 3 Attempts, etc., we can re-ship it with your approval. However, in addition to the first freight charge, we will add a second freight charge to cover the cost of a second shipping and handling.
  • If you choose not to accept an order you have placed, we will restock the merchandise and charge a restocking fee of 15% of the amount of order, plus all the freight charges and fees. Further purchases will be forbidden until the restocking fee is paid.
  • If you decide to not require a signature for your shipment, we are not liable for your shipment once it is delivered to your confirmed address.
 


REFUND/RETURN POLICY


Original sales receipt must accompany returns.


  • Product will need to be in the original packaging
  • within 30 calendar days of the delivery date (no returns will be accepted after 30 days)
  • must not be a special or custom order
  • unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than that 7 days noted in that item's particular item description.
  • An AUTHORIZATION NUMBER is mandatory for all items you wish to return or ship back.

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund.


Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.


There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Again you MUST contact us within 7 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 7 days and WITHOUT contacting us, will NOT be refunded.


Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
